Steve is the Vice President of Sales and has been a part of Thymly’s sales team since 2012. Over the years he has provided his customers with top-notch service as well as supporting the rest of the sales team. With a degree in Business and a concentration in Biology from Cabrini College, he has been the best fit for supplying our customers with technical feedback and keeping tabs on market trends/innovation. Something that always stands out is his outgoing personality and high level of personal integrity. Steve is based out of the Greater Philadelphia area and lives with his wife, Annmarie, and their two sons.

Kevin is the Northeast Sales Manager for Thymly Products. Experienced in Sales since 1988 with a Business/Marketing degree from the University Of Dayton. Kevin provides Thymy with a strong background in Bakery/Food ingredients, Deli/Bake, Food Service and Bakery Distribution. A New Jersey native Kevin has 3 children and lives with his wife at the Jersey Shore in Spring Lake Hts. He enjoys bike riding, swimming and traveling.

Ryan is the newest addition to the sales team at Thymly and will be serving the accounts in the Mid-South territory. He graduated from Towson University with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration. Ryan’s experience in sales for the beverage industry will provide his accounts with great customer service and a desire to help for the better. After having a conversation with Ryan you will quickly know that you’re in good hands. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys golfing, boating, and fishing.

David is the Mid-West Sales Manager for Thymly Products. His background includes extensive functional ingredient experience since 1986 with an emphasis in texture and stabilization modification in a variety of food and beverage applications. A Pennsylvania native, David and his wife Barbara love to spend time with family and friends at their cottage in the Allegheny Mountains.

Chris serves as the Business Development Manager at Thymly Products, focusing on managing accounts in the western United States. He holds an Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
With extensive sales experience across diverse industries, Chris is skilled in driving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. His strategic approach fosters business growth and strengthens client relationships across the Western U.S.

Courtney Baumgarten manages the Southeast Territory for Thymly Products. She holds a degree in Business Management and Accounting from North Central College and brings a strong background in sales, accounting, and business operations. Courtney is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Courtney recently relocated to Tampa, Florida, with her husband Jeff and their two teenage daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through running, biking, yoga, and barre classes, and soaking up the sun at the beach.

Karen is a recent addition to Thymly Products and will be handling key accounts in the United States. With a degree from Stevenson University, Karen started her career as a Legal Assistant and was the past Director of the Harford County Bar Association and the Harford County Bar Foundation. Karen then transferred her career path to the food industry, focusing on innovation and process/development improvement. She brings 20 years of sales experience to our team. She was the past president of the MD Section IFT, a National IFT Member, a Member of RCA and ADS, and is a member of the Broad Creek Civic Association and the Susquehanna Bee Keepers association.

Mark is the Accounts Manager for Thymly Products. He holds degrees from The Culinary Institute of America and the University of New Haven and brings extensive experience in Sales and Marketing within the food manufacturing industry. Throughout his career, Mark has worked with major food manufacturers and has earned numerous sales awards, including Vendor of the Year recognition from a major bakery distribution system.
Mark is passionate about developing long-term, value-added relationships throughout the supply chain and helping customers achieve their business goals through exceptional service and industry expertise. He and his wife Laurie have two grown children and reside in Naperville, Illinois.
